The right to withdraw from the contract
You have the right to complain and withdraw from the contract within 30 days if the quality, type or size of the product does not correspond to the order. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the date on which you acquire physical possession of the last goods or a third party designated by you acquires physical possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Restrictions on the right of withdrawal
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason if he buys a prefabricated product, manufactured according to his specifications or used to satisfy his individual needs.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund to you without undue delay all payments we receive from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer). , and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund you using the same payment methods you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any charges as a result of this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return is provided to us, whichever is the earlier.
Please send the goods back to us or hand them over without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what was necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
